Services for the disabled
The purpose of disability services is to promote the opportunities of a person with a disability to live and work as an equal member of society and to prevent and eliminate the obstacles and disadvantages caused by the disability.
Special services for the disabled include transport for the severely disabled, alterations to the dwelling, aids and equipment for the dwelling and interpretation services.
Services in accordance with the Disability Services Act are applied for in a written form and a medical certificate is required as an attachment.
