Local master plans
The purpose of the master plan is to provide general guidance on the community structure and land use of the municipality or part thereof and to coordinate activities. A master plan can also be drawn up to guide land use and construction in a given area.
The general plan sets out the principles for the intended development and indicates the necessary areas as a basis for detailed zoning and other planning as well as construction and other land use.
