Zoning and land use
The starting point of the land use planning system is more detailed planning, in which the national land use objectives and general formulas, ie the provincial plan and the general plan, guide the planning of detailed town plans.
General plans and town plans are drawn up and approved by the municipalities. The preparation and approval of provincial plans is the responsibility of the provincial associations.
The town plan drawn up mainly for the organization of holiday accommodation in the waterfront area is called the beach town plan. It can also be prepared by the landowner, although the processing and approval of the waterfront town plan is also the responsibility of the municipality.
