Making the minutes available
The minutes of the council shall be made available on the public information network at the times specified in the notice convening the meeting. The revised minutes of the municipal board meeting shall be made available on the public information network no later than on the seventh day after the meeting.
The closing minutes of the boards will be made available on the public information network no later than the Monday of the week following the decision. The closing minutes of the officials shall be made available, to the extent deemed necessary by the official concerned, on the public information network on the working day of the week following the decision.
The minutes of the joint institutions of the municipalities will be made available on their respective public information networks. A member of a municipality and a member of a consortium of municipalities referred to in section 137: 2 and a joint institution of municipalities shall be deemed to have been notified of the decision seven days after the minutes are available on the public information network of the municipality, association of municipalities or institution. In the section on decision-making on the website of the municipality of Kustavi, links have been added to the website of the association of municipalities or the area of responsibility, where the minutes can be found.
