The purpose of the registers is to register documents, maintain population data, manage financial and personnel administration and organize information management.

Open access to data through a technical interface

The datasets are not openly accessible through the technical interface.

Case Management Registry (covers all industries)

Purpose: follow-up of cases, directory of decisions (agendas, minutes and decisions of officials), directory of documents and archives, contract management and information service.

Data

  1. Case management (diary) List of pending cases, follow-up of cases and deadlines, register of decisions, directory of files, documents and archives.
  2. Incoming and prepared / scanned documents and other documents related to the subject matter, such as memos.
  3. Agendas and minutes of the institutions and extracts from the minutes.
  4. Decisions of the incumbent
  5. Agreements where the municipality is the other party.

Search factors to search for documents

In information requests, the search factors can be, for example, the person’s name, diary number, real estate code, decision-maker (municipal council, municipal government, board, official), and a keyword related to the subject matter.
