Family care allowance<\/h2>\n

Family care allowance is granted to an elderly or disabled or ill person cared for at home who needs a lot of help in their daily activities. Family care allowance can be granted to a person domiciled in the municipality of Kustavi.<\/p>\n

The application form can be printed from the link below or picked up from the municipal office. A consent form is also required to attach the application.<\/p>\n

Application forms are returned by post to: Kustavin kunta \/ Sosiaalitoimi, Keskustie 7, 23360 Kustavi<\/p>\n

A medical report must be attached to the first application. A care and service plan is always attached to the family care support agreement.<\/p>\n

The family care allowance is granted to the applicant but paid to the carer. The allowance is taxable income. The fee paid to the nurse is determined by the binding nature and demanding nature of the care.
