Services for the elderly<\/h2>\n

Kustavi’s services for the elderly consist of home care and well-being support services, family care support and 24-hour care services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The aim of the services is to support the well-being and living at home of the elderly in the event of a disability.<\/p>\n

The services are based on a care and service plan drawn up together with the customer and his network. The services are produced in a customer-oriented manner and support the elderly’s own resources.<\/p>\n

The organization of services for the elderly is guided, for example, by the Act on Supporting the Functioning of the Elderly Population and Social and Health Services for the Elderly (980\/2012) and the Quality Recommendation for Ensuring Good Aging and Improving Services (STM 2017:6).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Services for the elderly Kustavi’s services for the elderly consist of home care and well-being support services, family care support and 24-hour care services.
