Social emergency services<\/h2>\n

The social emergency service provides emergency first aid in child protection and family crisis situations and advises and guides the adult population on various social problems.<\/p>\n

For urgent social work matters for all ages, you can call 02 262 6003 around the clock. <\/strong><\/p>\n

On-call time<\/strong>
\nWeekdays from 16:00 to 08:00
\nFriday 3pm – Monday 8am
\nOn the eve of public holidays and public holidays from 00:00 to 24:00<\/p>\n

Duties are handled by the municipality’s social services.<\/p>\n

Emergency social workers carry out emergency measures in accordance with the Child Protection, Social Welfare and Substance Abuse Act.<\/p>\n

You can apply for social emergency services on your own initiative, e.g. in situations of domestic violence. Social emergency staff will make home visits if necessary.<\/p>\n

Different authorities also refer clients to the social emergency.<\/p>\n
