Plots <\/h2>\n

Kustavi is a municipality in the archipelago close to nature and safe along the transport connections surrounded by the sea. Kustavi is a municipality with good services. You can find information about our renovated school, extended kindergarten, health center and other services on our website. An optical fiber network was built in the municipality of Kustavi during 2012-2013 and a decision was made on free early childhood education. The municipal income tax rate has been reduced for many years in a row. In 2022, the income tax rate will be 18.0%, which is the lowest in Finland and the lowest in Southwest Finland.<\/p>\n

Detached house plots in the downtown area<\/h2>\n

Detached plots in the Kirkonm\u00e4ki residential area are for sale in the downtown area. These five plots have an area of \u200b\u200b1263-2129 m2 and have access to electricity and fiber optics for access. The plots are a short walk from the sea. Water and sewer connection fees will be paid to the municipality in addition to the above-mentioned plot prices.<\/p>\n

In the downtown area, two detached house plots at a price of 0.85 e \/ m2 are available in the Nissil\u00e4 residential area.<\/p>\n

The 17 detached house plots in the town plan that came into force on January 22, 2021 will go on sale in 2021-22. <\/p>\n

The municipality of Kustavi sells detached house plots in accordance with the partial master plan for the residential areas of Kaalviikinpuhti and Hilappaj\u00e4rvi.<\/p>\n

In Kalviikinpuhti, there is one detached house plot available along Vapaakarintie, with an area of approx. 4410 m2 and a price of 2.5 e \/ m2. The plot will be sold for permanent residential use.<\/p>\n

There are five detached house plots available in the Hilappaj\u00e4rvi area, with an area of approx. 5544-6587 m2 and a price of 2.5 e \/ m2. The plots are sold for permanent residential use. <\/p>\n
